Play for Peace - Every Child Deserves a Melody of Hope
Play4Peace is a Project under the auspices of The Festival of Hope, Inc. (“TFOH”) which is a non-profit non-stock corporation established under the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware (the “DGCL”) with registration number 7033258. It has been established exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Play4Peace will be gifting WAR CHILDREN CHARITIES 95% of proceeds and 5% for The Festival of Hope’s administration costs. Charities who have expressed interest in recieving funds include to date: WAR CHILD (official partners), IN PLACE OF WAR (official partners), AMERICAN INDIAN COLLEGE FUND, SAVE THE CHILDREN, PLAYING FOR CHANGE, and a few pending charities, such as Children and War and others. The sharing of proceeds and list of charity recipients will be decided by the oversight of the Play4Peace steering committee, and top 5 (USA) accounting firm giving a publically available annual audit. Also, an official independent audit is to be commissioned of The Festval of Hope’s Play4Peace project.
